EPA Finalizes Regulations for Hazardous Waste from Chlorinated Aliphatics Industry

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is listing two hazardous wastes generated by the chlorinated aliphatics industry, subjecting them to stringent management and treatment standards under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), while also finalizing determinations not to list as hazardous four other wastes from the same industry.
