FEC Dismisses POGO's Rulemaking Petition on PAC Reporting Requirements

The Federal Election Commission (FEC) has decided not to revise rules concerning reports filed by political action committees (PACs) at this time, following a petition filed by the Project on Government Oversight (POGO) on September 20, 1999.
