Western Area Power Administration Proposes New Rates for Central Valley and California-Oregon Transmission Projects

The Western Area Power Administration is proposing new rates for Central Valley Project firm power, transmission, and ancillary services, effective April 1, 2001, to repay annual costs and required investment within the allowable period, replacing existing approved rates that expire September 30, 2002.
