EPA Region 5 Deletes Ilada Energy Company Site from National Priorities List, Requests Public Comment

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has removed the Ilada Energy Company Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), a list of contaminated sites identified under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA), and is seeking public input on this decision, which was made after determining that the site poses no significant threat to public health or the environment.
