EPA Proposes to Delete Ilada Energy Company Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to remove the Ilada Energy Company Superfund site from the National Priorities List (NPL) and invites public comment on this decision. The EPA has determined that the site no longer poses a significant threat to public health or the environment, and therefore, further cleanup measures under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) are not necessary.
