EPA Proposes Administrative Penalties for Clean Water Act Violations at H&R Westra Dairy and Beranna Dairy

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing notice of proposed administrative penalties for alleged Clean Water Act violations at H&R Westra Dairy and Beranna Dairy, owned by Mr. Richard Westra and Mr. Bernard Teunissen, respectively. The EPA invites public comment on the proposed penalties.
