EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerances for Sulfentrazone on Horseradish and Sugarcane

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted emergency exemptions for the use of sulfentrazone on horseradish and sugarcane, and established time-limited tolerances for combined residues of the pesticide and its major metabolite on these crops, which will expire on December 31, 2002.
