FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Huntsville International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration invites public comment on its proposed rule to impose and use a Passenger Facility Charge at the Huntsville International Airport, as required by the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990 and Part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
