FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Naples Municipal Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on its proposal to rule on an application to impose a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Naples Municipal Airport in Florida, as required by the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990 and Federal Aviation Regulations.
