Defense Base Closure Commission Recommends Closure of Rio Vista Army Reserve Center in California

The Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission has completed a Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for the disposal and reuse of the 28-acre Rio Vista Army Reserve Center in California, following a recommendation to close the facility under the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990.
