EPA Revises Schedule for New Stationary Sources and Emission Guidelines for Existing Solid Waste Incinerators

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising the schedule for promulgating new source performance standards (NSPS) and emission guidelines (EG) for existing solid waste incinerators, including municipal waste combustors, hospital/medical/infectious solid waste incinerators, and other solid waste incinerators, from November 15, 2005 to an unspecified date.
