Draft Revised Environmental Assessment/Habitat Conservation Plan for Magic Carpet Woods Association Project Now Available for Review and Comment

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available a draft revised Environmental Assessment/Habitat Conservation Plan and Implementing Agreement for public review and comment regarding the Magic Carpet Woods Association Project in Leelanau Township, Michigan, which seeks an Incidental Take Permit to authorize the incidental take associated with the harassment of the pipping plover, a federally listed endangered bird.
