Union Pacific Railroad Company-Abandonment Exemption-in McPherson, Ellsworth and Rice Counties, KS and Central Kansas Railway Limited Liability Company-Discontinuance of Service Exemption-in McPherson, Ellsworth and Rice Counties, KS

Union Pacific Railroad Company has been granted exemption to abandon its rail service in McPherson, Ellsworth, and Rice counties in Kansas. The Central Kansas Railway Limited Liability Company has also been granted exemption to discontinue its service in the same areas.
