Airworthiness Directive for CFE Company Model CFE738-1-1B Turbofan Engines

The US government has issued a new airworthiness directive requiring CFE Company model CFE738-1-1B turbofan engines to have new life limits for certain high-pressure compressor (HPC) rotor components to prevent engine failure and airplane damage.
