EPA Makes Preliminary Draft Guidance Document on Delegation of HAP Requirements Available for Public Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is releasing a preliminary draft of its guidance on delegating hazardous air pollutant (HAP) requirements to state, local, and tribal air pollution control agencies, allowing for the substitution of federal requirements with state and local standards.
