Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Model A300, A300-600, and A310 Series Airplanes
The FAA has issued an airworthiness directive (AD) for Airbus Model A300, A300-600, and A310 series airplanes, requiring repetitive inspections of the autotrim function to detect continuity defects and corrective actions if necessary. The directive aims to prevent reduced controllability of the airplane in the event of an out-of-trim condition combined with an autopilot disconnect.
