EPA Approves Missouri's Plan to Reduce MSW Landfill Emissions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to Missouri's plan to control emissions from existing municipal solid waste landfills, which was submitted to comply with the Clean Air Act. The revised plan incorporates updated guidelines for MSW landfills, which were promulgated by the EPA in 1998 and 1999.
