EPA Approves Missouri's Revised Plan for Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Emissions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised plan by the state of Missouri to control emissions from existing municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills, aligning with the most current federal requirements published in 1998 and 1999.
