EPA Approves Massachusetts Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which sets emission reduction targets for the Springfield area to address serious ozone nonattainment.
