HUD Amends Rule for Multifamily Rental Project Owners

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has made a technical amendment to its final rule, published in 2000, to allow for increased distributions to owners of certain HUD-assisted multifamily rental projects, effective as of October 13, 2000.
