DOT Revises DBE Program Regulations to Improve Threshold Requirements and Technical Revisions

The Department of Transportation has issued an interim final rule to update its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program regulations, making changes to threshold requirements for Federal Transit Administration and Federal Aviation Administration recipients, and clarifying misleading language in the DBE final rule to improve the collection of information and verification of DBE firm commitments.
