US Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission Review Antidumping Duties on Venezuelan Gray Portland Cement and Cement Clinker

The US Department of Commerce and the International Trade Commission reviewed the antidumping duties on Venezuelan gray portland cement and cement clinker, determining that termination of the duties would likely lead to dumping in the first review, but not in the second review, which concluded that material injury to the US industry was unlikely within a reasonably foreseeable time.
