EPA Approves Massachusetts' Enhanced Motor Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which establishes and requires the implementation of an enhanced motor vehicle inspection and maintenance program. The EPA anticipates no adverse comments and will not institute a second comment period.
