EPA Approves Texas' Low-RVP Gasoline Requirement to Reduce Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Texas' plan to require low Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) gasoline in 95 counties to reduce volatile organic compound emissions and meet the National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for ozone in Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth areas.
