EPA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Diisononyl Phthalate Category

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the comment period for a proposed rule to add diisononyl phthalate (DINP) to the list of toxic chemicals subject to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), from December 4, 2000, to February 2, 2001.
