Kern W. Schumacher and Morris H. Kulmer-Continuance in Control Exemption granted to Kern Valley Railroad Company

The Kern Valley Railroad Company has been granted an exemption from control requirements, allowing Kern W. Schumacher and Morris H. Kulmer-Continuance to maintain control, following a proposal submitted to the Surface Transportation Board
