EPA Extends Comment Period for Perfluorooctyl Sulfonates Significant New Use Rule
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for its proposed significant new use rule (SNUR) on perfluorooctyl sulfonates (PFOS) by 45 days, from November 17, 2000, to January 1, 2001, in response to several requests.
