Federal Claims Collection Standards; Removal of Obsolete Chapter

The Department of Justice and the General Accounting Office (GAO) have removed the Federal Claims Collection Standards (FCCS) from the Code of Federal Regulations, as the GAO no longer has the authority to issue or maintain these standards.
