EPA Removes John Deere Ottumwa Works Site from National Priorities List

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region VII has announced the removal of the John Deere Ottumwa Works Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), a list of contaminated sites identified under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980. The EPA is now seeking public input on this decision.
