EPA Proposes to Delete John Deere Ottumwa Works Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region VII is seeking public comment on a proposal to remove the John Deere Ottumwa Works site from the National Priorities List (NPL), citing that the site poses no significant threat to public health or the environment, and therefore, further remedial measures are not necessary.
