Tedesco Family ESB Trust Acquires American Limousine Service, Inc. and Academy Express, Inc. in Merger

The Tedesco Family ESB Trust, led by Francis Tedesco and Mark Tedesco, has filed an application with the Federal Railroad Administration to acquire American Limousine Service, Inc. and Academy Express, Inc., and merge them into a single entity, Academy Express, Inc., which will be the surviving company.
