EPA Requests OMB Review of Emission Control System Regulations and Voluntary Aftermarket Certification Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve the Emission Control System Performance Warranty Regulations and Voluntary Aftermarket Part Certification Program, which is set to expire on November 30, 2000. The EPA is seeking public comment on the proposed regulations.
