Agency Requests OMB Review for Pesticide Emissions Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval for the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Pesticide Active Ingredient (PAI) Production, which sets standards for pesticide manufacturing facilities to reduce air pollution.
