EPA Proposes Approval of Massachusetts Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The EPA is proposing to approve a Massachusetts State Implementation Plan revision that allows the transfer of parking spaces from the East Boston Parking Freeze to the Logan Airport Parking Freeze, provided the total inventory remains at or below 21,790 spaces, with no net change in parking spaces.
