National Historical Publications and Records Commission Clarifies Title IX Financial Assistance Guidelines

The National Historical Publications and Records Commission (NHPRC) has issued a notice outlining the types of financial assistance it provides under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibits federal recipients from discriminating on the basis of sex in education programs and activities.
