EPA Announces Availability of Draft Guidance Documents for Reporting PBT Chemicals

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on three draft guidance documents related to the reporting of persistent bioaccumulative toxic (PBT) chemicals, which are subject to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 and the Pollution Prevention Act of 1990.
