Notice of Availability of Final Environmental Impact Statement for the El Paso-Las Cruces Regional Sustainable Water Project

The US Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission, in collaboration with the El Paso Water Utilities/Public Service Board, has released a final environmental impact statement for the El Paso-Las Cruces Regional Sustainable Water Project in New Mexico and Texas, following a 30-day waiting period as required by the Council on Environmental Quality regulations.
