EPA Approves Clark County, NV CO Attainment Plan for Transportation Conformity

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has deemed the Clark County, Nevada's serious area carbon monoxide (CO) attainment plan sufficient for transportation conformity purposes, allowing the Regional Transportation Commission and Federal Highway Administration to utilize the plan's motor vehicle emissions budgets for future determinations.
