Availability of Final Environmental Impact Statement for Incidental Take Permit in California

The San Joaquin Council of Governments has made the Final Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report for a 50-year incidental take permit available to the public. The permit would allow for the incidental taking of 16 federally listed species and 26 unlisted species that may become listed under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
