EPA Proposes Adding 13 New Sites to National Priorities List for Uncontrolled Hazardous Waste Sites

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed adding 13 new sites to the National Priorities List (NPL), a list of hazardous waste sites that require further investigation to assess public health and environmental risks. The proposed rule includes 12 sites in the General Superfund Section and one site in the Federal Facilities Section of the NPL.
