EPA Reopens Public Comment Period for Illinois NO X Emissions Regulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for a proposed rule regarding Illinois' regulations for controlling Oxides of Nitrogen (NO X ) emissions from Electric Generating Units (EGUs) until December 11, 2000, at the request of the State of Missouri.
