Euroclear System Operator Seeks to Modify Exemption from Clearing Agency Registration

Euroclear Bank, S.A. and Morgan Guaranty Trust Company, Brussels Office, have filed a notice with the relevant authorities to modify an existing exemption from clearing agency registration, which is currently operated by the Euroclear System.
