Bonneville Power Administration Proposes Amendments to 2002 Wholesale Power Rate Adjustment Proposal
Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is proposing amendments to its 2002 wholesale power rate adjustment proposal, which aims to ensure the agency can recover costs associated with power acquisition, conservation, and transmission, as well as Federal investment in the Federal Columbia River Power System. The proposed changes replace the 1996 rates, set to expire on October 1, 2001, and will be considered by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
