Airbus Issues Airworthiness Directive for A319, A320, and A321 Series Airplanes to Prevent Electrical Arcing

Airbus has issued an airworthiness directive requiring a revision to the Airplane Flight Manual, inspection, and modification of the fuel pump wire and fairing to prevent electrical arcing of the fuel boost pump, which could lead to wing structural damage, fire, and/or fuel vapor explosion.
