EPA Seeks Comments on TMDL Program Costs to States and Small Businesses

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public comments on the estimated annual costs to states and small businesses resulting from regulatory changes to the Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL) program, as mandated by the Clean Water Act (CWA) and a congressional committee report.
