DHHS Establishes Joint Tribal and Federal Self-Governance Negotiated Rulemaking Committee

The Department of Health and Human Services is establishing a Joint Tribal and Federal Self-Governance Negotiated Rulemaking Committee to develop a proposed rule implementing Title V of the Tribal Self-Governance Amendments of 2000, as required by the Negotiated Rulemaking Act of 1990. The public is invited to comment on the proposal and the proposed committee membership.
