EPA Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Oil and Hazardous Substances ICR

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed renewal of an existing information collection request (ICR) related to the notification of episodic releases of oil and hazardous substances. The ICR, EPA ICR No. 1049.09, is currently approved and will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
