Department of the Army Announces Record of Decision on Military Ocean Terminal Disposal

The Department of the Army has finalized its plan to dispose of the Military Ocean Terminal in Bayonne, New Jersey, following a review of the environmental impact, as mandated by the 1990 Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act.
