U.S. Department of Commerce to Review Silicomanganese Suspension Agreement with Ukraine

The Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the suspension agreement on silicomanganese from Ukraine, following a request from Eramet Marietta Inc., and has preliminarily determined that the Ukrainian government is not in compliance with the agreement.
