Ohio Southern Railroad, Incorporated to Acquire CSX Transportation, Inc. Exemption for Operations

Ohio Southern Railroad, Incorporated has filed a request with the Surface Transportation Board to acquire CSX Transportation, Inc. and obtain an exemption to operate its rail network, following a proposal by the two companies to merge their operations.
